​Take a visit into Kingfishers and Woodpeckers classes to explore traditional tales and stories.

Our Year 1 curriculum investigates our local community in History and Geography ‘Where We Live’ and explore toys and homes from the past. In Science we explore animals and humans, as well as looking at materials and plants.

​Some of our key texts include Handa’s Surprise, The Jolly Postman and a range of Traditional Fairy Tales!
